Introduction of scenic spots
The cultural center of Vancouver is the first local cultural center in the United States to retire sailors, and is now more than 30 years old. The center uses the elements of history, architecture, visual arts, drama, dance, music, environmental science and other factors to provide experience to visitors of all ages. The Vancouver complex, which consists of 28 buildings with a Greek Revival style, is now a double example of history and contemporary art, and one of the New York landmark buildings. The cultural centre is equipped with a concert hall, which is second only to Carnegie Hall and is often used for exhibitions and performances. The botanical garden runs through the cultural centre, including the famous New York Chinese scholar Garden and the Richmond Foundation Tuscan Garden based on the 18th century Italian wind. The Cultural Center’s humanities education programs, exhibitions and performances have reached 470,000 residents, with about 280,000 visitors each year.
